When you get that then set in Ai tweaker tab the first heading Ai overclock tuner
Switch to docp.
Next dram frequency select 2666
Ok to stay with level 3oc
Ok, so there wasnt any POB, but there was xfr so i enabled it and put in all the things u mentioned above and will try a new bench.

Dmann999 has your board and knows it better then me although mine is it's big brother.
It looks like you are running the older bios which is better for ocing the ram with ryzen dram calculator.
Also pbo is just above the dram timing control.

I will check it out, but is 99% EDC normal?

Go to windows power plan.
Depending on which bios you are on
You should have ryzen balanced
If not set it to high performance
Then scroll down looking for
Processor power management
Click on minimum processor power state set to 5%.

If it has ryzen balanced the do the same
So 1 or the other power plans

I already had it on high performance, and i put in 5% in processor minimum. EDC still on 99% should i just raise the limit?

I also found PBO and enabled it and its goin even more smother now but more cpu usage in the backgorund?

Yes you should
Chrome is a resource Hog especially if not set right and could explain the 20-30 % background running.
Have you checked for Kingston updates?

I sent a message to DMAN999
Don't know if he's available or when he will be.
When your ram comes in that will make a difference.
Multiple issues can be hard to pinpoint at times.

Thanks, yes i have, i downloaded the Kingston SSD manager. But no update available.

Also here is the New benchmark, alittlebit cpu usage but every test i do seems to be littebit different.

I have that same MB, but now I have a 3700x on it.
When I had a 2600 (OC'd to 4 GHz) my EDC would regularly hit 100% when I was running benchmarks.
As long as it doesn't stay at 100 % all the time you are fine.

I have my Performance Enhancer set at level 3 OC now too and my EDC (145A) goes up to around 30 to 35% when running a Game but drops down to 3 to 5% while web browsing.

I just Ran UserBenchmark and my EDC topped out around 70%.
And when I ran Cinebench R20 Multicore it maxed out at 75%.
But I have a 3700x now and I'm sure that's why it is lower than yours.

But at idle it should still drop to 3 to 5 % or so for your CPU like it does for me.

As asked by Crosslhs82x2, knowing what BIOS you are using will help us help you.
