If you click on the memory tab in CPUz it will tell you if it is in Dual or Single Channel mode.
Having the RAM in Slots A2 and B2 Or A1 and B1 would be Dual Channel.
But yes, A2 and B2 are the recommended slots.

Hm i tried to swtich from A2 and B2 to A1 and B1 and because it didnt say DUAL channel like it did yesterday before the install. It showed less DRAM frequenzy 1199,78 MHZ and i switched back to A2 and B2 and it still the same Frequenzy. And it says its not in DUAL MODE.

To be said i did a fresh install of Windows this morning.

Is it showing your full 32 GBs of RAM in the BIOS and in CPUz ?
If it does show all the RAM, I would check and make sure the CPU cooler isn't too tight.
If the cooler is too tight it can affect the CPU's Memory Controller.

I got a pair of 3200mhz 16 gb Flarex.

Its was wierd, i put the the RAM speed to 3200mhz in bios, but on the system infromation in bios it only showed ram speed of 2600.

I had to put it on 3200 2 times before it showed in the system information.

So i benched again and it showed the same results.

Then i went back and put it to auto and im back at 1199.7 MHZ (2400mhz)

Yes its showing 16 GB

Did you buy one of these exact kits:
F4-3200C14D-16GFX
or
F4-3200C16D-16GFX

Those are the only 16 GB 3200 FlareX kits stated to be compatible with an Asus ROG Strix B450-F.

If it isn't one of those kits you will probably need to run it at a lower speed, possibly 2666 or 2800 or 2933.
Yes i have the first mentioned.

But it shows the right speed.

I would leave it alone.
Your RAM is performing like it should according to that Aida64 test.
It didnt make such a big difference in Rust, im at 100 fps average.

With peobple With 2060 and 7 3700x performing 25 fps better.

Maybe the game isnt optimized for 2080 Cards?
But im tired of this and going to let that slide.

he also has more gpu usage than me in the game so maybe thats why.
