Recently I bend my CPU's pin and I try to straighten the pin after I run test everything seems fine but I found that my ram only used half of its size. I have 16GB RAM 3200mhz but only 8GB RAM 2400mhz used with 8GB reserved. I already try to swap the RAM, Clean the RAM or the RAM's slot, resetting Bios by removing CMOS battery, try using new RAM, and all that system configuration setting but nothing changed my PC still use half of it's RAM size and power. Do I need to change my CPU or something else ?
Sorry for my broken English

Is this some sort of 2200G/2400G, 3200G/3400G CPU/APU, per chance? (You mentioned 8 GB reserved, and, the BIOS might be allocating a large portion of your RAM to the integrated graphics processor/APU; perhaps there is a setting to allow a lesser amount vice simply half half of your installed RAM)
