I have put my ip addres as static ip addres and it shows it in command prompt but when i go to the router site there it says that its dynamic ip addres i dont know if i have to change it there too or what

Solution
what does your router say exactly?

you can set up your ip as static while the router still acts as DHCP server with dynamic IPs for other devices
seeing the active connections of your NAT should show you the IP you assigned to your device
in that case you don't need to do anything. just be careful your static IP isn't one that might collide with the dynamic range.
