Do I have to disable igpu for my r9 270x

When I install my r9 270x my screen goes black on boot. I was wondering if I had to disable my a6 6400k igpu in order for it to work.

If I do can you give me the best settings in bios to allow it to work

generaly the onboard disables automatic when a GPU is detected at a guess I would say inadeqet PSU
