Im Changing My Motherboards from a ASUS M4A78LT-M to a GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3 Rev 4.0 im gonna be using my old CPU which is a Phenom 955 BE planning to upgrade to a FX8350 in a couple of months. Please tell me if i have to do a fresh install since i had to on XP And Windows 7
Currently im on a Windows 10 64-bit.

You really should. Not only will the motherboard drivers be different, there are other settings and registry entries that can affect performance.
