Ok so I got a new pc coming soon and I need to know if I need to get windows 10 on it or can I just put my Hard drive into the new pc

Solution
A new install is generally indicated.
While the current driver set may actually get you to the desktop, subtle (to blatant) errors can often arise as the drivers and settings are not specific to your hardware. Remnants in the registry can also cause conflicts with some programs depending on what the program is expecting. Also, your hibernation system (if active) will be attempting to reactivate hardware that isn't there.
