I went outside, turned off my pc, had played games not used any google or anything.
After I came, turned on my pc when the wins 10 is loading, some white dots started coming and disappearing, Mostly on the top of the white dots spinning (The loading white dots). My PC has perfectly booted and ran into windows, but my question is, do I check further about my PC? Or its nothing to worry about.
I have done Virus Checks no virus found.

check in windows update and see when last update you got was.
look in settings/update & security/windows update
click on View Update history

was there an update tonight? I know I got one earlier.

if there was an update, its possible the extra dots were part of the process.

Try doing a restart and see if it happens again, it might have just been a one off.

could try running startup repair
go to settings/update & security.recovery
under advanced startup, click restart now
this loads windows into a blue menu at startup
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info
