Do i have to update my nvidia driver even thou i don't play new games?

I'm playing games like battlefield 1,cs go, oblivion
And not really interested in new games
And i don't find the difference after updates...
But is it necessary??

It isn't exactly necessary. Depending on your card, it may make your card run a little smoother and increase the longevity; however, if everything seems to be running fine now, you don't NEED to update.

Nope you don't need to update. In fact new drivers can be buggy and cause issues. A very recent release from Nvidia had problems with GTX 1060s. If you aren't playing new releases you're likely better off on an older driver that's known to be stable.
