Do I have to use a z77 motherboard for my i5 3570

So i have a i5 3570 CPU and a msi Z77MA-G45 motherboard. I was looking to upgrade my motherboard, so I was wondering if I have to use a Z77 motherboard for my CPU to work or can I use other chipset motherboards i.e z97, z87, x99, x79 or any others. Thanks for reading.

You can't: LGA 1155 (your CPU) vs 1150 (Z87, Z97) vs 2011 (X79) vs 2011-v3 (X99).
So, use the Z77.

Alexoiu can you clarify, so can I only use a Z77 motherboard? or is there any other motherboards that i didn't list work?
