Do I have to worry about any "bottle-necking"?

I've been going back and forth with different parts with this build. I've started to buy the part now, bu the fear of bottle-necks and low performance is hitting me hard. Can someone please tell me if everything in this build will work out fine? I'll mainly be using it for gaming and web browsing, maybe small programming in my spare time. I'm mainly concerned on the Intel i5-4690k paired with the GTX 970.

Solution
Tall heatspreaders won't obstruct from installation of other sticks, its just that coolers with low memory clearance have a hard time coping with Veng's tall spikes.
i5 is more than fine for even quad SLI of 980's, its the most sought after and very powerful gaming CPU, no bottlenecks at all. Also, consider getting a better PSU, RM 750W is low quality, EVGA B2 750W is much higher quality, highly recommended. And, avoid Corsair Veng sticks, they have tall heatspreaders which obstruct in cooler installation, consider Corsair LPs or Veng Pro or G.Skill (Ares/ Trident/ RJZ/RJX) or Crucial (Ballistix).

Ugh I didn't even do my research on the RAM and the clearance :/ I guess I won't be overclocking anytime soon and just use the stock cooler. Thank you, though, for letting me know that there's no bottle-neck. I play Count-Striker: Global Offensive quite a bit and one of my friends said I'll get bad performance with this CPU.

No reason not to get higher speed ram for your build. Could easily do 2133 speed ram over your 1600.

Outside of that everything will work well together.

If spending $40 on a wifi adapter, you would be better off getting a powerine networking adapter instead. While powerline will never equal a direct ethernet connectin to the router, it is still beter then wifi in terms of latency which is more important in gameplay then mbps. TP-Link makes a pretty decent 500mbps adapter for $40. http://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-TL-PA4010KIT-Powerline-Adapter-Starter/dp/B00AWRUICG

I won't overclock the memory at all. I'm talking about the CPU. If the RAM is too tall to have the CPU Cooler on there too, I'll just use the stock cooler and not overclock.

I'm talking about the CPU too, the CPU is OCed using a multiplier, and the base clock to which the multiplier is multiplied with, is determined and related to the DRAM freq, all I'm saying is avoid Corsair Veng. And if you're to get 2400Mhz or higher sticks, you'll have to OC the CPU a bit for best results on memory. And no need to avoid OCing because of high profile sticks, just get a G.Skill, and OC your CPU with ease :)
