Hello,
This is my second time building (really just making changes in a pc I built before)

So I got a Geforce Gtx 1070 and a Ryzen 5 2600 and tried to install both in my old MB, B350M GAMING PRO (MS-7A39)
After installing both components I tried to boot my pc but my monitor did not get any signal...

I reinstalled my Ryzen 3 1200 and now my pc is working properly (after installing all the new drivers for the gpu). I was wondering if I need a Bios Update or the problem was caused because the gpu had no drivers...

Bios Version/Date is American Megatrends Inc. 2.60, 28 April 2017

I hope you can help me:)

Based on the 2.60 and date of April 2017 -- you have the "7A39v26". The minimum version for the 2600 CPU is 7A39v2F You will HAVE TO update.
I think you can jump all the way to the 2L version. But read the note on the 2I version about updating the AMD Chipset driver.
