1-Do i need a cooler for my build
My build is:
intel i5-3570K
gigabyte z77x-d3h
gigabyte gtx 770
10 gb ram kingston (8+2)
500gb westren digital
*i wont make overclocking
2-how much power supply i need and give me amazon or newegg link for it
3-is my build good for gaming and how much rate u give my build from 10 ?

Do you mean a cpu cooler? if so then yes, These days its pretty much required to have a cpu cooler as if you don't windows alone would get your cpu pretty hot.

Also that is a pretty good rig for gaming, Should be able to play most games on Ultra/High settings

I would suggest around a 650w power supply make sure its a good quality one too, Your power supply is not something you can afford to pick up cheap

I don't think you will need liquid cooling, Im currently running an i7 3770k, non overclocked with a GTX 780ti and 8GB of 1600mhz ram and I don't even have liquid cooling as I have no real need for it.

Its a good idea to get liquid cooling if you are planning to overclock at some point, if not just stick with air cooling

what is the differance between modular and non modular and which one is better

Modular means that you can add and remove cables from the power supply if you need/don't need them. If a power supply is non modular then all the cables will be built right into the power supply so even if you aren't using them you will have to have them coming out of the power supply and cluttering up your case
