[SOLVED] Do I need a CPU cooler + heatsink for a basic office PC?

I'm building my dad a basic PC for his office work. He says he doesn't use it for anything outside of basic programs like Google Chrome (or another browser), Microsoft Office or other programs to punch in numbers for his financial work.
This is the setup I went with:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI Pro B450M Pro-M2 Max Micro ATX
Ram: Team T-Force 2x8 GB DDR4 3000
Storage: Inland Professional 120 GB SSD + Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
Power Supply: EVGA 400W
Chassis: Rosewill SRM-01B

Since he's not using the PC for anything besides office work, will he still need to purchase a cooling fan and heatsink?

The 3200G comes with a CPU cooler. It will be more than enough for his use.

No aftermarket cooler is necessary. The 3200G comes with one.

120gb is too small for a windows C drive.

The ssd is the key to snappy office performance.
I suggest instead that you use a intel 660P m.2 nvme drive and omit the HDD.
A 512gb will cost about $75 1tb $140.
If bulk storage is needed, you can add a hdd later.

Reiterating with the above from geofelt...that is a poor selection.
120GB is too small. You will be spending far too much time in space management.

Get a 500GB SSD for now, and add a HDD later if/when you need the extra space.

I agree with the 500GB SSD as well. Crucial P2, WD SN550, WD SN750, Intel 660p are all available for less than $75. Also changing the PSU is a good choice. The parts in the build above are an example of what you can do for as cheap as possible without sacrificing performance or quality. The only issue is motherboard availability as B450 boards are insanely expensive right now and B550s don't support the 3200G or 3400G.
