Do I need a DDR4 Compatible Video Card???

Hi, I am trying to build a DDR4 compatible system. Do video cards have to be DDR4 compatible? If not I think I will be happy with MSI Radeon R9 380 4GB Video Card for the price.

No, the GPU memory and motherboard memory are separate and distinct from one another (completely independent). No worries.

nope the GPU doesn't care, it doesn't even talk to the system RAM the CPU acts as a go between for them.
