do i need a fan controller?

I have chosen an msi g45-z97 mobo for my gaming build and it says it has 'total fan control' will I need a fan controller?
and also, does this mobo have Bluetooth?

since there are 4 fans pins connector on motherboard it will be control by bios settings and board does not have bluetooth .
