do i need a floppy drive for the raid driver

i am gona build a computer for the first time i am gona use

asus p6t

i7 920

2x500gb wd black drives

xp 64 win 7 dual boot

You will be able to install xp without a floppy .

In bios diasable AHCI and enable NATIVE IDE . Xp will then install as it would on an IDE drive . No floppy , no sata driver
Later its possible to install the AHCI features and change the BIOS

Google will find you instructions on how to do that .
