Do I need a Memory Upgrade?

I'm not very tech savvy, however, since returning back from sea for four months, my PC seems to be running very slow when playing games. I notice that my memory maxes out at 7.6GB (-System Reserve) and that my HDD and SSD are being bombarded by page files, maxing them out to 100%.

I typically get this when playing ArmA 3. I haven't ever experienced this before but now I get massive lag when getting into intensive situations, like bombs exploding everywhere. The Hard Faults/sec is upwards of 800 when playing ArmA... is it time for me to add an extra 8GB to my already 8GB RAM?

please check what does eat all this ram. ARMA needs ~6 GB ram so its SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. something runs in background and eats ram. Might be a virus, or random program running when it should not. Try reboot, check ram( should be less than 2 GB)

It wont hurt to add the memory and you will notice it! To be safe just check nothing else eating up your ram!

After boot, my system is using 2.6GB.
