Do I need a network card?

Hey guys,

This is my first time building a gaming pc, and I just wanted to know if I need to buy a network adapter. I have the "Asus H97M-E/CSM Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard" and I'm not sure if this comes with an adapter. I'm not able to connect to my router with a wire, so would I also need a wifi card?

Indeed, for Wi-fi you need an adapter (PCIe or USB).
