Do i need a new motherboard?

My motherboard is the msi ms-7578, and im trying to upgrade my cpu. In my shopping cart right now i have the AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desktop Processor FD8350FRHKBOX. Do i need a new motherboard, and if so can you tell me how i can find out if a motherboard is compatible with a cpu. Im so confused. Please help.
