PSU Issues

Hello ! Any advise would be great

History- issues started 1 month ago. Chrome would need to be restarted, tabs would not work or the whole computer needed to be restarted.

went to cmd and run powercfg -energy

fist report found many errors, which I was able to fix.

Still have not had enough time to see the full affects of the changes. Still had to restart at least once or twice.
PSU is 5+ years old

Windows 7, desktop, i5 Intel, sound and audio cards
not a gaming computer, some Steam games

Question- Do I need to replace PSU, if so, minimum watts?

Thanks in advance..........

"Let's get a full list of specs, including *exact* PSU" newbie........ exactly how does one get this data?

Things like Speccy can tell you some of the equipment. The PSU you have to identify by looking at it.

The easiest way to find the specs otherwise would be to check the documentation from when you purchased it. Presumably you chose to buy the PC based on something!
