Do I need a new power supply?

Hey all,
Just built my computer a week ago, and it has been having a few problems since. Whenever I run a moderately demanding game ( Specifically Battlefield 4 and Rainbow 6 Siege), my power supply makes loud, strange noises. Eventually, my computer will just shut off and restart, with no error message before or after. However, when I play less demanding games ( Specifically CS:GO and Mount & Blade: Warband), no problems occur. Since the noise is coming directly from the power supply, I'm presuming that's the problem. I bought a cheap off brand (shame on me, I know..), and am looking to replace it. By the way, I have enough wattage supplied to my components, and they are not overheating. All drivers/Windows are up to date. Can someone confirm that my power supply is the problem?, and if so can someone recommend a good replacement?
I need a 650-750 Watt.
Looking for good quality and decent price.
Thanks so much, I would really appreciate your help!

If the sound is coming from your psu, then likely it is your problem. You should never buy off brand psus. It is an essential part of your pc build and can either make or break your system. Look into the EVGA Supernova G2 psus. I dont know what the rest of your build looks like but 650w or 750w will be plenty if your not SLI/crossfire.
