Do I need a new PSU for GTX 970?

Currently I use a HD 4890 and a Phenom II x4 955 processor, all running on the OCZ StealthXStream 600w. I want to upgrade to a 970 with an i7, will my PSU handle it?

Your PSU has 4 - 12 V+ 18 amp rails and the power connections to run the card.

Thanks you two, also, even if I have the graphics card first and use it with my current processor, I won't see any problems? It will probably take me tw more weeks to finish everything up, and I will have the graphics card first
