Do I need a new psu?

I have had a Cooler Master Silent Pro M600 for over 2 years. I believe it is responsible for killing my previous motherboard (MSI Z77A-G43). It was never overclocked. I swapped it for an ASRock H61M U3/S3. Which I am glad I had but I don't like the layout, among other things. Can random voltage fluctuations kill a motherboard? Should I replace this psu?

I am using a i5-2400, and Radeon HD 6850.

Bad psu's can do all sort of damage including damage to various bits of the mobo by over volting If you suspect your psu isn't quite right then download and use HWInfo to see how close the 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings are. If any readings are more than 0.2v out, then look for another psu.

I am running HWinfo. 12v=12.302, 3.3v=3.344, 5v=5.040

I think the 12v is a bit over where it should be. If it was me, I'd look at replacing it. We get a lot of threads with faults that are found to be caused by crappy psu's. I think the Coolermaster is OK, but not great.
