[SOLVED] Solved: do I need a new windows 10 installer?

I have a pendrive with windows 10 installation created with the ms media creation tool which is some 2 years old.
In the context of the 2xHx upgrades to windows, do I need to create a new installer to put w10 on a new machine to have the installed system fully up to date?

I am checking because as I tried running the installation tool now, I am getting a problem reading
we\re not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your pc.

The error code is 0x80072EFD - 0x20000

What does this error message mean, by the way?

Overall you are better off getting a new installer than using the old one. You will save a lot of time by starting with 21H1 instead of 1904 just because of not needing to do as many updates.
