According to your PCPartPicker list, there is nothing that needs an NZXT Internal USB Hub. You'd only need one if you had many devices that used up internal USB headers.
Also, this is irrelevant to the question, but you should definately know that: You chose a 2nd generation Ryzen CPU, but only have an X370 motherboard. 2nd gen Ryzen is supported by X470, not X370. Of course, you can update the BIOS on the X370 motherboard to
kind-of support the 2nd gen Ryzen, but there's no point to buy an X370 motherboard when you can just buy an X470 motherboard.
