i'm scared to say it's my mobo's fault because it was JUST working before installed my psu and gpu. I tried plugging in new gpu with my old rosewill 600w psu AND still it didn't. I'm getting "power". Greed leds are on, fans are good, i hear harddrive booting, my optical drive good and functioning. Cleared CMOS like 10 times, Used my memOK button( i will list specs below). I even setup my old gpu with old psu to see if that worked AND still no luck. even had ram out ,to boot NOThing. Case seems to be okay, power button works. I think all i've indicated my psu works. My gpu has power, i see its fans spinning.

cpu: amd phemon ii x6 1090t
gpu: gtx 460 (old)
mobo: M4a89gtd pro/ usb 3
psu: rosewill 600w (old)

NEW components:
gpu: gigabyte gtx 650 ti boost( literally looks like my old gpu)
psu: OCZ zt series 650w

I think there may be a chance i accidentally shorted out my mobo. I pulled everything out while it was still powered on.
Please answer fast, it will decide whether i will need a new mobo or not. This seriously becoming a pain in the a**.

this is my third post and i apologize in advance, but this is an emergency.
