Do I need a sli bridge?

So im looking at setting up a 2 gpu rig for mining, nothing else, no gaming or anything, just bitcoin mining, i have come to understand that mining doesnt utilize sli l, thats a gaming only function? So, for example, if i am using 2 gtx 950's in thisbrigbeould i need to connect them with sli? And if not, would therr be any benifit to using a sli bridge in a mining rig?

No need for SLI bridge if mining. Mining performance would be lower with SLI bridge connected and enabled.
