Do I need a sound card for my Logitech G430?

I'm gonna buy a Logitech G430 and I'm curious to know should I or should I not to buy a sound card for the Logitech G430 since it has 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound (I'm using a Asus Z87-A Motherboard). I also have Realtek HD Audio which supports 7.1 but one things that's bugging me is that do the 7.1 virtual surround works if I don't use the provided USB sound card?

I'm not familiar with these things so expect me to ask further questions..

Any answers will be appreciated. And any headsets/headphones recommendation around MYR 200-300(approx. 60$-80$) will be welcomed as well.

I'm pretty sure to get the 7.1 sound you'll need to use the USB connection on the headset.

Thx. Would you recommend me any headphone or earphone that's around my budget? Because I already have a mic built-in web-cam and now I only need headphones or earphones, wireless ones would be great!

There are no good 5.1 or 7.1 headsets in that price range, the Logitech is as good as any. If you are using the built in mic in a laptop, you are much better off using the headset.

But I won't be using the mic so often, and I think buying a headphone or earphone would be cheaper than buying a headset, anything to recommend? As I will listen to music in long distance travel so I don't what the headset-with-mic look.

I actually don't see any headphones only in surround sound, everything looks to be a full headset with a mic unless you go into the $200+ price range.
