Do I Need A Sound Card?

I was thinking of buy these speakers but I don't know if I'll need a sound card for them, also I would like to know if they draw power from an outlet or from my computer's power supply.

If you have audio out via built-in sound card, that will work - if you don't - you will need a sound card.

Just plug the speakers in the wall outlet and in the motherboard's sound outputs. No need for a sound card. Of course, you may have a motherboard without onboard sound, but that would be extremely rare. What model is your MB?

on the back of the subwoofer it will have a 110volt plug to power the system
