do i need a sound card

Hi everybody i was wondering if i needed a sound card for my build to use a headset. And what do i do for the wifi if i want wireless. and what do i do for speakers. Thanks everybody.

Most all MBs now have integrated sound that you can plug speakers into the back of the comp and cases have front ports for sound, for a mic and a headset with cables that plug into the sound headers on the MB.
