Do I need a wireless adapter card?

While some mini ITX boards have integrated wifi controllers, that one does not and will require a dedicated wifi card like you selected if you wish to have wifi capabilities.

The wireless adapter says its a PCI-e card does that mean it will only work in the PCI-e slot or will it work in a normal PCI slot?
