Do I need AI Suite 3?

I built my computer about 6 months ago and installed AI Suite 3 on it. Recently I've heard it's not the best program, but some people love it and some people hate it. If I do need it are there certain settings that I need to set it to for max performance?

The advantage of AI suite is that you can alter hardware settings without having to reboot and enter the Bios to do so. EX; say you have an overclock for gaming but don't want to run your puter 24/7 on those setting, AI is the interface that would allow you to do so without a reboot. Other than that there's little or nothing that can't be done directly in the bios.

If you don't use it doesn't have to be installed and can be reinstalled later is you decide it would be useful.
