Question Do I need all motherboard screws?

Hello,
I think the title is self-explanatory but to elaborate : I am using a corsair 275 r case and an atx motherboard ( MSI Z690 DDR4 PRO) with a noctua NH-D15S cooler... I preinstalled the cooler on the motherboard and when I went ahead and fitted the whole thing into the case, the middle screw in the top row just can´t be reached in any way with any sort of screwdriver... so my question is do I need the screw? Or can I leave that one out? because the only other way would be to dismount the cooler screw it in and than mount the cooler back but the main problem with that is that then I will not be able to secure the cooler fan because I won´t be able to reach that either....

Considering the proximity to the heavy CPU cooler, I would say yes.

exactly what I was thinking... the worst thing though, I can´t see a way around it

It has such a large opening on the back, shouldn't be too hard to install the CPU cooler after the board is in. Just what you have to do sometimes.
