I just finished my build with an asus Maximus IX I got windows on an m.2 ssd and getting ready for drivers my question is do I need all the ones listed? I understamd I need lan wifi bt bios update and such but there are about 4 under audio alone 1 that has a complete diffrent title all together. Do I need all of them or just 1? Same for all the others

Ah, you mean there are four on the manufacturer's website. I would say choose the one with the most current date. All the audio drivers appear to be Realtek and all the video drivers appear to be Intel, so it looks like they just have the last four versions listed to accommodate operating systems that aren't patched to the latest version, I would go ahead and download all four of each to be safe, but just install the most current one of each first. That being said, in my experience, Windows 10 can recognized and install the right Intel and Realtek drivers by itself, so you might not even need them. You are just doing it to be safe. But if you are using Windows 10 and doing a fresh install, then likely the newest version of those...
Typically you need the GPU and audio drivers. I usually will download a copy of whatever device driver you use to access the internet also. Most of the other decives in the PC Windows 10 will have drivers that will work. Chances are, you just need one of the audio drivers. I have four on my computer also. Now Windows 10 happened to have the right driver for everything, the on board audio and my USB headphones. The other two are tied to the drivers for my GPU as they are audio for the HDMI jacks. Chances are, two of the ones listed for you say NVIDIA or AMD by them. If so, they will install when you install the proper video card drivers.

I get which ones I need but there are several to choose from which one? Under audio it has 4 to choose from and 1 of which is titled differently with diffrent version number set

You might just get lucky and Windows know the drivers already.
