There were some people kept all the files in the drive to flash the bios, while some only had the ".bin" file only.

So, which file is needed for Gigabyte A520M S2H? And if I failed the process, is it possible to flash it again?

The folder contains;
autoexec. bat
GIGABYTE.bin
Efiflash.exe
readme.txt

Solution
Just bin file for Qflash plus. Original file name A520MS2H.15e renamed as GIGABYTE.bin so bios could recognise it to flash cmos without doing it in bios. Autoexec and Efiflash is for updating bios via Windows so don't need these. Just A520MS2H.15e to either flash from within bios or renamed to perform Qflash plus.

Read motherboard manual how to perform Qflash plus and which usb port to use. If it fails, recheck steps then you can try again.

Well not really. Long as it's the correct bios file and power doesn't go out whilst updating, it's not any riskier than a console going through a system update. Bios would verify file before proceeding anyhow so it's not going to update wrongly.

What's your reason for updating?
