Do i need an Aftermarket CPU Cooler for my AMD FX-8350 if i am not overclocking?

Do I need a CPU cooler other than the default CPU cooler it came with?

The stock cooler is noisier and would dissipate heat to other components
A aftermarket cooler like a cooler master hyper evo 212 is cheap but will perform better at keeping the cpu cool during load
