Hi. Im building an x99 i7-6800K build
My power supply is Cooler Master V650 and motherboard is Asus x99 A-II
My question is that the power supply only has one 4+4 ATX12V power cable, but my motherboard's manual states my mobo needs another 4 pin ATX12v for the board. (x1 8pin, x1 4pin for 12v CPU power).
I've seen many builds with exact same specs as mine, and no where on the internet can I find anyone whos asking about an additional 4 pin 12v power cable, which my motherboard clearly needs..
The PSU has space for another x2 ATX12v connections, but they aren't included in the box and I can't find anywhere online to purchase another one.
What can I do?
EDIT: I've found molex to "ATX12V 4pin" adapters, but Im not sure if I should be running CPU power from the SATA power section of the PSU. The PSU manual says the Molex has 12v power, ground, ground then 5v. But the CPU power rail seems to provide 12v's all round.
