Question Do I need capture card for this setup? [YouTube Gameplay Streaming]

Hello,

I am about to upgrade my PC and I don`t have money to have 2 PCs for Live Streaming.

Right now I have:

CPU:Intel I7 8700k
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z30-A
RAM: 32GB DDR4
GPU:MSI RTX 2060 super 8GB GDDR6

Thinking to upgrade to:

CPU: I9-1290K
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 AORUS PRO
RAM: 32GB DDR5

My question is:

Do I really need to upgrade cause I want to stream in 2k and do I need capture card to off load PC while streaming.
I need better Live Stream Quality.

Plug a video cable from your motherboard to any monitor to enable the igpu of the 8700k.
Wait for the driver to get installed, should happen automatically.
Use OBS and put the encoding to qsv (quicksync video) and see if it gives you good enough quality.
