Do i need Dvi Integrated Cable to connect Ati 5770 graphics card with my monitor

My monitor is samsun 2030

You can connect with a VGA cable if your card comes with an adapter (most do). DVI is a digital connection and gives a sharper image at higher resolutions than VGA.
