Question Do i need exaust fan + cpu cooler blowing back?

I allready have cpu cooler that is blowing exactly at the back exaust opening, and recently i added a dedicated exaust fan there, and i noticed that my cpu cooler has become louder, it does more work than before it would seem.
Is it counter-productive to have it there? Is it just blocking hot air coming from cpu and just spreading it around the case? Should i remove it? What are your experiences with this?
(btw top case fans are currently offline, a am waiting for fan controller from ebay, than i need to figure out what to do with that one blowint in between)

I always use both , like your showing in the pic.

Keep it there, but move that white fan forward so it brings cool air in in front of the CPU fan.
