Do I need expensive pc case?

So I've looked up about some case models which met my requirements (bottom psu, dust filters, removable pci slot plates).
list_1:

BUT they cost pretty more than models w/o removable pci slot plates.

I'd buy 10 plates for $2 from Aliexpress and save $20 for additional fans, for example. Is it worth to buy case from list_2 + pci plates from Aliexpress?

a lot of the cases with the pop out pci slots. if you pre line up your gpu and any other card you dont need those spacers. the other thing is some case vendors toss in a few spacers for free. my anetc one case had them.
