Do I need liquid cooling for this PC build?

Not really sure whether to go with air or liquid cooling.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5 8600K
GPU: GTX 1060 Turbo 6GB
SSD/HDD: Kingston A400 120GB, Seagate Barracuda 2TB
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz
PSU: Corsair TX550 550W
Motherboard: MSI Z370 PC PRO

A good air cooler will be fine.

You would have to spend a lot of cash on a AIO to match the best air coolers.
