I just added a 5th monitor to my setup. I'm a newb when it comes to PC's so hoping to get some input on the PSU and cooling so i don't ruin any parts or EQ.

GPU's - 2x RX580 to power the 5 monitors.
PSU -Corsair RM750 W ATX 80 Plus Gold
Motherboard - MicrostarZ370-A Pro
CPU - Intel Core i7-8700
32GB RAM

Monitors:
2x - Samsung Lu28r550 unq 28'' 4k
3x - LG 32UN880-B 32'' 4k

I use my desktop for trading - so i'm not doing 4k gaming on it, but i do have 60-70 trading charts that are updating by the second.
I'm sure there are performance tests or reports the pros would need included to see how things are running to advise - let me know how or what else i can supply. Thank you!

You can always use PC part picker to see estimated wattages. Easy too just plug up your KILOWatt meter and see what its pulling.

Your not gaming, so them video cards should not be pulling a lot of wattage.

Monitors are power externally and NOT by your power supply.

rock on no issues.
