Do I need to worry about having more video ram on my Gpu when going to a bigger screen size. More specifically will a Sapphire 7770 1gb card be able to achieve a decent playing experience on a 32" tv? If not what would you recommend in the $100-$200 video card price range?

Solution
screen size doesnt matter

vram come into play in your situation when you are using higher resolutions and multi monitor setup, but if you are playing at 1080p on a 19" monitor or a 50"monitor it will not increase the demand

for your video card the best price/performance for that range is the 750ti

so long as you have a 350w psu in your system this is the best for you
here are some bench marks

Solution
Its doesn't matter at all the size of the tv it is just the resolution, I guess the resolution would be 1080p or 720p.

The 7770 can play new games at 1080p and 720p on low/medium setting at 30fps fine.

If you want something better than that i would recommend a 750 ti at around $150
