Do i need new PSU

Hello guys. My currest setup is :
CPU: AMD phenom ii 965 be
GPU: gigabyte gtx 560 ti
MOBO: Asus m5a97
4 gb 1333mhz ram
2,5" 320 hdd ram

My current PSU is ocz500sxs2 500w . I plan to buy new mobo + cpu : i5 4670k and msi z87 g45 gaming , 8 gb of ram (kingston hyperx 1600mhz black) , 1tb seagate baracuda and 120gb samsung 840 gb ssd. Will my PSU handle that and would it be enough to OC ?

Your PSU should be ok while you don't add any additional graphics cards or peripherals if you really do want to be safe when upgrading your computer you should probably upgrade to a 600w + PSU. I would recommend this if it as a whole new build for another reason that if your PSU is old and shorts out then that could damage other components.

If you intend to use existing GTX 560 TI GPU, your existing PSU will be fine. The components you are changing will make no significant difference to PSU power requirement.

However, TechGuy247 raises a valid point regarding a marginal or well-used PSU possibly taking out other components if it should decide to crap out on you.
