Do i need PCI-E FEMALE TO FEMALE?

I am trying to built my 1st mining farm. I just need the right cables to connect the components and start the system but it looks a bit weird... I am using an ASROCK H110 PRO BTC+ MOTHERBOARD and 2X hp C / S 460w power supplies with 2X Breakout Board Adapter DPS-1200FB/QB PCI-E 6-pin, so i think i need PCI-E 6pin female to female cables (that i can't find anywhere). Please correct me if i am wrong with something, and let me know where can i probably find the cables that i am looking for or if i can make them or if there is another solution...
