Do I need RAM fan modules?

Building a new video editing PC, trying to keep it quiet. If I don't overclock the RAM, will I still need to install the RAM fan modules?

Specs:
Intel 5930K
ASUS X99 Deluxe
8x8 (64GB) DDR4 2666 Corsair Dominator
Geforce 980Ti
Samsung 950 m.2 for OS
Samsung 850 EVO for data
Corsair Hydro H115i cooling
Thermaltake Suppressor case

No, DRAM doesn't run all that warm anyway, the DRAM Fans are more for looks than actual cooling (they do help, but no real need for them)
