hello,

Do I need high top sound card for bose companion 50, and because its not connected by usb, just only 3,5mm jack to my ONBOARD sound..

If I will get a new sound card example Asus Xonar STX II I can get a difference?

If your motherboard came with built in 5.1/7.1 sound chip then you don't need one but a sound card can take the audio processing load off from the processor onto itself PCI cards take less of a hit on the CPU than onboard. A better card would probably run faster and smoother (with less sound glitching) Sound cards have better quality than the on board one When I went from on-board to a Creative 7.1 sound card I could pinpoint the enemy position and hear dogs, music and horses I couldn't hear before. But keep in mind if you use a dedicated sound card with crappy speakers you won't notice the difference & the same is the case using high end speakers with low end on board sound chip
