Computers have had built-in sound capabilities for many years now. The quality is also much better than it used to be. There is no need for an add-in-board sound card unless there is a specific need which can only be met by the particular add-in-board.
If you are outputting digitally from your computer, the sound hardware isn't even used to generate the audio, just for the transport.
The motherboard you linked to has good audio capabilities. I wouldn't spend money on an add-in-board sound card as in all likelihood, unless you purchase an overpriced high end sound card, you would be stepping backward in quality.
